THE GRADUATE PROGRAMS IN HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT (HRD) and THE DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHOLOGY at VILLANOVA UNIVERSITY invite applications for a TENURE TRACK POSITION (ASSISTANT PROFESSOR) in the area of INDUSTRIAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY, starting in late August 2016. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in I/O psychology or a related discipline and should have a strong publication record, the ability to generate a high-quality research program, and a commitment to teaching in our graduate HRD program. Teaching responsibilities likely will include Metrics and Analytics, Organizational Change Management, Organizational Psychology, and other courses depending on one's interests and the fit with department and program needs.
