Postdoctoral Researcher
The successful candidate is expected to conduct independent research on lab-relevant topics. Research may focus on experimental lab studies, including behavioral and EEG/ERP measurements, and/or on field research in organizations.
Applicants should hold a Ph.D. degree in psychology, organizational behavior, neuroscience, or related fields and have an outstanding academic record and professional integrity. We seek self-motivated, team-minded candidates with strong methodological and statistical skills. Knowledge of programming software (e.g., Matlab, E-prime, DmDX) and statistic software (e.g., SPSS, R) is highly advantageous and knowledge in computational modeling, EEG/ERP measurements, and/or experience in field research encouraged. German language skills are not required, but proficiency in English is mandatory.
