  • 1.  Scale for admiration

    Posted 07-28-2015 08:33

    Hello all,

I am trying to find a scale that would measure the 'admiration' for another.

There is one study which mentions - 'warmth' and 'competence' be used as the dimensions to measure it but in a pre-test the scale is not showing much variation and also as per requirement for SEM, it is required to have three items to measure any factor.

I would really appreciate your help.

    Thanks & Regards

    Harsh,

I have previously used the following items to measure reverence:

    1. I hold him/her in high respect.

    2. I have great esteem for him/her.

    3. I admire him/her as a leader.

See JOB (2000), 21, 747-767 details and source.

    Regards,

    Sanjay
