We are currently conducting a meta-analysis on the question whether there are gender differences in the propensity to initiate negotiations. In order to make the meta-analysis as comprehensive as possible, we are also searching for unpublished studies. We would be very thankful to receive any results regarding our question that we might not have found by searching the usual databases.
