Department of Organization, Leadership and Communication
The Department of Organization, Leadership and Communication in the School of Management invites applicants for tenure-track faculty positions (Rank Asst/Assoc) in leadership from such fields as organizational behavior, organizational development, I/O psychology or organizational theory. We are interested in candidates who focus their teaching and research upon leading within a global context and/or a developmental perspective. Applicants should have successful experience teaching organizational related courses as well as relevant professional experience.
A successful candidate must meet the following minimum qualifications: (1) an earned research doctorate (Ph.D.) from an accredited business/management school by the time of appointment; (2) an established or emerging research program and pipeline with a career trajectory in leadership; and (3) an expectation of, or clear record of, excellence in teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. The candidate will be expected to conduct and undertake scholarly research in a collaborative and supportive environment that welcomes interdisciplinary and practice-oriented scholarship as well as discipline-based, theoretical work.
