The Journal of Organizational Behavior currently has three active calls for papers. Brief details are provided below, and full information can be found at: http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/journal/10.1002/%28ISSN%291099-1379
- IRIOP Annual Review Issue 2017
Co-Editors: Professors Gerard P. Hodgkinson & J. Kevin Ford
The editors welcome targeted reviews of the scientific literature, which make a contribution to our understanding of the topic of interest, and highlight significant gaps that require the development of new theory, research methods, and empirical work. Such reviews should summarize the current state of knowledge pertaining to the focal topic, bring an evaluative and judgmental eye to bear on the body of work surveyed as a whole, and provide clear directions for future scientific endeavors. Proposals should be between 3-7 pages in length, and must be submitted by 15 October 2015.
- Special Issue: Humanitarian Organizational Behavior
Guest Editors: Professors Stuart C. Carr, Lori Foster Thompson, & Ines Meyer
This special issue is designed to respond to the rising demand for, and stimulate insights into, how the behavior of organizations and the people in them can provide mechanisms for linking macro-level "grand plans" for human development to everyday life. Full manuscripts must be submitted by 1 December 2015.
- Special Issue: Micro-Foundations of Organizational Behavior and Sustainability
Guest Editors: Professors Sir Cary L. Cooper, Peter Stokes, Yipeng Liu, & Shlomo Y. Tarba
This special issue intends to examine the underexplored individual, relational and behavioral micro-foundational aspects of sustainability. Full manuscripts must be submitted by 15 March 2016.
