The College of Business at the University of Central Oklahoma invites applications for a full-time, tenure track, Assistant or Associate Professor position in Management. The successful candidate must be able to teach in the following areas: Human Resource Management, Employee Relations, and Cross Cultural and Diversity Management. Position will begin August 2016.
The Management Department currently houses 12 full-time faculty members, and offers majors in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, International Business, Management, and PGA Golf Management. UCO's HRM Program is one of the nationally recognized programs aligning with the Society for Human Resource Management's curriculum guidelines.
We will have representatives at the Academy of Management meeting in Vancouver, from August 7th to August 10th, 2015, in order to discuss the position with interested applicants. Those selected for an AOM interview will be contacted on or before July 29th to schedule a time.
