The Organisational Behaviour group of London Business School is currently seeking to fill at least one tenured/tenure-track position, especially in the area of organisation studies, teams, and leadership, broadly defined. We are looking for exceptional scholars of organisational behaviour who want to work with an outstanding group of faculty in a unique environment where OB is valued. The OB Group at London Business School
We are part of a research-led school which emphasizes and encourages high-impact, high-relevance research and dissemination in the premier academic journals (e.g., AMJ, AMR, ASQ, OS, ASR, JAP, AJS, JPSP, OBHDP, etc.). Current research being conducted in the group engages issues such as decision-making, self-regulation, morality, power and status dynamics, negotiations, leadership, teams, personality, organizational culture, social networks, diversity, and cross-cultural psychology. Current research faculty group members include: Gabrielle Adams, Raina Brands, Daniel Cable, Daniel Effron, Lynda Gratton, Ena Inesi, Selin Kesebir, Gillian Ku, Celia Moore, Nigel Nicholson, Margaret Ormiston, Randall Peterson, Madan Pillutla, Aneeta Rattan, Lisa Shu, Niro Sivanathan and Xi Zou. In addition, we have a group of organization scholars that resides in the Strategy and Entrepreneurship department looking at topics such as inter-organizational relationships, social stratification processes, and institutional theory (e.g., Isabel Fernandez-Mateo, Freek Vermeulen, etc.).
The OB group provides a very supportive research environment, with impressive access to leading global companies for both data and funding (75% of the Fortune 500 are located in London). The London Business School also offers excellent research funding support that covers the typical research expenses of faculty. Where extraordinary levels of funding are needed, the school provides excellent administrative support for grant applications to funding bodies such as the Economic and Social Research Council and the European Research Council – several of our colleagues are recipients of generous research grants and fellowships. In addition, we have a behavioural research laboratory for conducting laboratory-based experimentation, and computing and library facilities (through the strong network of libraries of various colleges of the University of London and the British National Library) on a par with the best business schools worldwide.

Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate the ability to conduct high quality research and teach in a challenging international teaching environment. Applicants must have Ph.D.s (or expect to have their Ph.D.'s before taking their positions) in relevant fields. We are particularly interested in applicants who both overlap with what we do, but who also add something we do not already have – especially in the area of organisation studies, teams, and leadership, broadly defined.
