    The Department of Management and Marketing in the College of Business at the University of Wyoming invites applications for two tenure track, open rank positions, in the areas of entrepreneurship, human resource management, negotiations, organizational behavior, or strategic management. Individuals with interest in one or more of these areas are encouraged to apply. The positions will begin in Fall of 2016.
    Minimal Qualifications

    Ph.D. Degree in management or appropriate field from an AACSB-accredited university or another recognized school by the time of the appointment
    Demonstrated ability and willingness to teach Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management or Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship and within current management offerings
    Demonstrated experience in teaching, research or industry
    Strong (or potentially strong) publication record, compatible with current faculty research interests
    Completed degree prior to start
    Demonstrated ability to work with students at both the MBA and undergraduate levels 
    Demonstrated collegiality and collaboration with other faculty

    Applicants should provide a vita and cover letter that detail academic achievement, research productivity, a statement of research and teaching philosophy, work/industry experience, teacher ratings and a list of three references with addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses.   Candidates are encouraged to arrange letters in support of the application, which should be submitted directly by the recommender.  Applications and letters of recommendation should be sent as attachments by email to uwmgtmkg@uwyo.edu with "Management Application" in the subject line to:

    College of Business
    The UW College of Business is a AACSB accredited and recently moved into a $50 million office and classroom complex.  The college currently offers undergraduate degrees in marketing, management, accounting, economics, finance business administration (online), and several minors, including entrepreneurship and international business.  The college offers masters of business administration degrees, masters in accounting, economics, and finance and Ph.D. degrees in economics and finance.  

    The University and Location
