Dear colleagues,

 

My co-authors, Scott Seibert, Pat Downes, Jordan Nielsen, and I have recently been requested to seek unpublished and in-press studies for our systematic review of the literature on Servant Leadership. We are interested in any studies which have measured Servant Leadership and its antecedents, mediators, moderators, outcomes, and/or relationships with other leadership variables (e.g., Transformational Leadership). 

 

If you choose to share your data, we would be grateful for the following information.

 

·       Design of your study (e.g., cross-sectional, longitudinal, time-lag if longitudinal, experimental)

·       Sample size

·       Correlations among the variables

·       Means and standard deviations of measures

·       Citation of the used scales and any modifications made to it such as dropping of items or changing of scaling

·       The way you would like your work to be cited
