    To whom it may concern, 

    We are seeking unpublished work conducted between 1998-present for inclusion in a meta-analysis examining gender differences in the following variables:

    -leadership aspirations or motivation to lead
    -need/desire for power
    -preference for high earnings
    -preference for advancement opportunities
    -preference for job prestige
