Greetings LMX Scholars: (With AOM next week, I thought I would send out one final reminder/invitation.)
Terri Scandura and I would like to invite you to the LMX Incubator PDW at Academy in Vancouver (submission #18202) on Friday, Aug 7 2015 10:15AM - 1:15PM at Hyatt Regency Vancouver in Regency Ballroom B .
This PDW will provide a forum for scholars to discuss several promising areas of inquiry for future LMX research and perhaps develop collaborator relationships. The session will be focused around six different LMX topic group discussion areas. Each table discussion will be led by a dyad of topic-specific LMX scholars (See list below). The session will begin with a 2-5 minute introduction of each discussion table theme. Participants are encouraged to bring their research ideas and research in progress, and ask questions related to their present research directions. Time is allotted (2.5 of the 3 hours) to allow attendance at five of the six tables (in 30 minute shits) so the priority is on your ability, as the participant, to engage with other researchers to further your LMX research program. At the end of the discussion, George Graen will present concluding remarks and suggestions for future collaboration and research.
