    Hi there
          My name's Nikhil Paul and I'm a co-founder of Nfoshare, and we're looking for an IO expert to join us.  

            Nfoshare (nfoshare.com) is the easiest way to increase employee engagement. It's being used at GE, Samsung & other companies. Each week, our tool checks-in with the employees using 10 second anonymous email surveys to gauge real-time employee morale & collect feedback. At the end of the month/quarter, we create simple personalized research-based suggestions for managers/HR to hit their goals & increase company morale. 

    Your Responsibilities
    -Help us create a framework and a database of employee engagement solutions and tips using research and case studies. These will feed into our automated engagement software system.
    - Account Management: Work with existing clients by listening to their company goals, analyzing their employee engagement data collected through our tool and providing them with simple and consistent actionable advice/recommendations.

    Requirements:
    -We want somebody who has an education in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and has worked in companies' HR departments or in some 'people operations' capacity for a couple of years.
    -You should also have great people skills and have project management experience.
    - This is a fast paced startup. Amidst all the failure and rejections, you should be bold and creative when solving problems for companies, thorough in your execution and fun to work with.

    We can start out part-time in the beginning. Thanks.
