Meredith College invites applications for a full-time visiting lecturer position in Management / Human Resource Management in the School of Business. The position is not eligible for tenure and is non-renewable. The start date is August 1, 2015 and runs through May 15, 2016. Salary is competitive and commensurate with rank and experience. Interviews will commence the week of March 30, 2015 and continue until the position is filled.
A Ph. D. in Management or a closely related discipline such as Psychology (with a Management emphasis) is required. The Meredith Business School is committed to excellence in teaching and research. Successful applicants should have undergraduate teaching experience in Management and Human Resource Management with teaching evaluations demonstrating success. The seven-course per academic year teaching schedule will include Principles of Management, Staffing, and Human Resource Management, and may include Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, or Employee Relations.
