The INSEAD Global Leadership Center (IGLC) invites applications for the position of Research Manager beginning May 2015. The position is based in Singapore. Singaporean citizenship/permanent residency is a plus.
Responsibilities include conducting research projects in the area of leadership studies as well as managing a group of research assistants who conduct research and literature reviews in the area of leadership studies. Current projects involve collection and analysis of data (both field and lab) as well as theory development.
Recent PhD graduates are encouraged to apply. The position may be structured as a 2-3 year post-doctoral fellowship. Fellows will have the opportunity to pursue their own research interest.
