    Dear Colleagues

I am planning our OB module for first year degree students across all the Business degree routes.  I was wondering if there were some suggestions and up-to-date good textbooks that you could perhaps suggest.  We are aiming for it to be innovative, challenging, practical with relation to theory.  Please email me directly and I will collate the list and redistribute to all later

    Many thanks

    Best wishes

application of Intelligent Computing in measurement systems ranging
from the development of simple models to
more sophisticated measurement procedures and smart instruments not
only be able to perform simple
commands but to also perform rather complex tasks. Research on these
areas will be focused on methods and
algorithms for processing time reduction and the complexity of
    measurement procedures.

    Yochi,

Given how many good cases there are, I recommend a shorter text that almost all of my MBA students choose to keep after the class is over as a good reference. It's Jone Pearce's Organizational Behavior: Real Research for Real Managers.  I've been using successive editions of it (now 4th edition) for 10 years very successfully, supplemented by readings and cases.

    Hi Yochi,

Sage has just put out a set of business cases that might be useful. I have some in it, but there are many more. Mine are short cases useful for class discussion, but SAGE also has some longer ones that might be used for class assignments. The series is called SAGE Business Cases, and if your library subscribes to it then students could download them for free. Here are the links to the ones I wrote:
