    Greetings, OB network!

    My name is Debbie DiazGranados, a faculty member at Virginia Commonwealth University, and a co-chair of the Junior Faculty Consortium (JFC), which is an event held every year at the Annual Conference for the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).  I am writing to invite all interested junior faculty to participate in this great event.

    The JFC will take place on Wednesday, April 22nd in Philadelphia as a pre-conference event.  It is an all-day event that will consist of several different discussions and panels, including two "How to Survive the Tenure Process" (in research-focused or teaching-focused schools), a grant-funding panel, networking sessions, and an Editorial Panel (representatives from AMR, JOB, JOM, JAP, JBP, PPsych, and JOHP)

    If you have any questions regarding the schedule, please contact Mike Sliter (msliter@iupui.edu).  If you are interested, you can register for the event while completing your SIOP registration.

    If you know of any junior faculty members that would benefit from attending this great session, please share with them!
