Who we are looking for...
The People and Organizations department is looking Assistant Professors with a particular interest in Leadership. Ideal candidates should hold a Ph.D. or DBA from an AACSB and/or EQUIS accredited school and demonstrate a clear potential for developing relevant and rigorous research, publishing in top peer-reviewed journals. Ideal candidates are also committed to spread their research in the classroom experience, empowering our students and executives with new insights that would allow them to go beyond the expectations. Preference will be given to applicants who enjoy team-work, and are willing to contribute to NEOMA Business School's strategy.
NEOMA Business School provides a full range of research supports such as individual annual budget for conferences and other research expenses, a unit dedicated to State and European grants, and a behavioral lab.Our international faculty publish research appearing in leading OB and HR journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Business Ethics, and The Leadership Quarterly.
English is required for this positionand many of our programs are entirely taught in English. Speaking French would be a plus. We offer French training for those interested in learning French.
The compensation package is competitive at the international standard. NEOMA Business School also provides support for international admission and administrative procedures, as well as assistance in finding accommodations, family integration (school registration for children, help in job research for the partner), relocation expenses.

Applicants should submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, evidence of research (3 most representative publications) and teaching as well as 3 references available for contact. Ideally, the positions start in Fall 2015. Interviews will be held at this year's AOM annual meeting in Vancouver, Canada.
