  • 1.  4th year R&S readings?

    Greetings OB colleagues,

    I am preparing a new seminar course on Recruitment and Selection for 4th year undergraduate students and am wondering if anyone has a list of relevant readings they would be willing to share with me. The course will cover topics such as: Job Analysis and Competency Models, Recruitment, Applicant Screening, Testing, Interviewing, Decision-Making, etc. I am interested in both seminal works and recent publications.

    not exactly seminar reading but I know that a lot of our instructors use Vic Catano's Recruitment and Selection in Canada text from Nelson
