    Dear All

    I am trying to find a fully validated scale in short form for both OCB and Commitment, as part of a study in which I am trying to make the research questionnaire as brief as possible.  Finding a fully validated short form for each is proving elusive.

    So looking for something shorter than Podsakoff et al. 1990  24 item scale for OCB  and shorter than Allen and Meyer's 1993 18 item scale for their 3 factor model of commitment. 
    Also if anyone knows of where I may find the fully validated scale items for Affiliative and Challenging OCB, would also be much appreciated.
