Greetings from the Wharton People Analytics Conference (PAC) - we hope this email finds you all very well!
This year at the Wharton People Analytics Conference, we are introducing a new segment - the Research Paper Competition.
The Research Paper Competition aims to uncover interesting research, both from academia and industry on how data and analytics can be used to better manage people at work. We are looking to showcase multiple facets of the work in this space - choice of topics can be broad such as the use of analytics recruitment, retention, compensation, team structure & effectiveness and more. Top submissions will be presented in a poster session and the top 3 will get to present and compete for $10,000 of prize money. The research need not have been published, but must be relatively recent. Interested authors can submit their work / express their interest to submit at

This year's People Analytics Conference spans 2 days with a daily expected attendance of over 400. Speakers include eminent people analytics practitioners such as Laszlo Bock, Jeff Ma and Dan Pink - more details about the conference and participating speakers can be found at
