    Dear Colleagues,
    We are in the process of conducting a meta-analysis on the purpose, calling, and meaningfulness at work in relation to positive organizational outcomes (e.g., job satisfaction, work engagement). If you have any published or unpublished empirical work (e.g. master's theses, conference papers or presentation, in-press manuscript etc.) that you think might be relevant for our study, please send it our way.
