Job Description: The College of Business at Iowa State University is accepting applications for a chaired faculty position in Organizational Behavior/Human Resources. The successful candidate will be required to teach at the graduate and undergraduate levels, guide and chair doctoral student dissertation committees, and continually perform high quality research.
The College of Business (http://www.business.iastate.edu) is an AACSB-accredited, doctoral-granting program that ranks in the top 50 undergraduate and top 40 graduate programs among public universities. Its 80 tenure-track faculty serves an enrollment of over 4,000 students.

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications
Required Qualifications: PhD in Management or closely related field, including but not limited to, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Labor Relations.
Established track record of publishing in top tier organizational behavior and/or human resource management journals.
Must have a research record that fits the standards set by Iowa State University for a full professor.
Preferred Qualifications: Record of successful teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Chaired doctoral dissertations.
