    Renmin Business School -- Visiting Professor -- Position Announcement

    The Department of Organization and Human Resources at the School of Business at Renmin University of China (RBS) seeks a distinguished senior scholar in the field of organizational behavior with a preferred focus on leadership. The preferred candidate should be a respected and prolific scholar who has published on top-tier peer-reviewed journals. The individual is expected to be interested in research in the Chinese context.  The appointment will be as a visiting professor at RBS for the academic year 2015–2016. The successful candidate is expected to be an academic visitor from another university spending a sabbatical year at RBS.

    The successful candidate will be expected to teach up to two courses in RBS. Salaries are at or above international market standards, but will be determined based upon the qualifications of the individual. Accommodations, living expenses and airfare will be provided to the successful candidate. There will be many opportunities for connections to industries and companies in China.

    Located in the heart of the vibrant city of Beijing, RBS is one of the premier business schools in China (http://www.rbs.org.cn). The school provides generous funding for cutting-edge management research in the Chinese setting. RBS holds double accreditation from ACCSB and EQUIS. In May 2014, RBS's executive education was ranked 49th in the world by the Financial Times. In 2013, the school was ranked No. 1 in the Business Administration discipline in China by the Ministry of Education of PRC.
