We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Leadership  to join an enthusiastic and ambitious team within the recently founded Henley Centre for Engaging Leadership at the Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK.

Applications are welcomed from candidates in any field of leadership with a good academic track record.

You will have:

·         A PhD in a relevant area, with the evidence of the ability to publish your research in the top international academic / practitioner journals.

·         Experience of teaching on Masters programmes (MBA or MSc). Teaching experience on executive education programmes would also be an advantage.

·         Writing of research grant applications and management of research projects.

·         The enthusiasm and commitment to play a full part in building leadership research and teaching at the Henley Business School, one of the world's leading full service Business Schools.

·         Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
