Dear colleagues, There are now under three weeks until the registration deadline for the IWP International Conference 2014. Make sure you register today to benefit from the best rates for the IWP Conference. Academic programme Our academic programme is now online. We are delighted to feature a range of high quality papers, posters and symposia, complementing our keynote programme of Eduardo Salas, Michael Frese, Susan Murphy, and Salem Samhoud. Our Postgraduate and Early-Career Event (PECE) takes place on the Tuesday daytime, and is open to all postgraduate, postdoctoral, and early-career researchers. We have planned a range of social and networking activities, including our ever-popular hosted dinners, and a welcome reception and dinner with opportunities to sample the "beer capital of the UK". Statistical and research methods workshops Alongside the main conference, we are hosting a series of pre-conference workshops, appropriate for doctoral students, early-career researchers and established academics. The workshops will focus on the following topics: - critical analysis
- latent variable path models
- structural equation modelling (using Mplus)
- multilevel modelling (using SPSS)
- questionnaire scale development.
