Measure of defensive behavior

    Dear Netters,

    I am looking for a validated scale measuring individuals' defensive behavior. I've found several scales used in the HR literature to measure defensive behavior with impression management motives. Yet I'd like to see if there is one more general. 

    Any advice will be appreciated! Thanks!
