Hi
If you are interested in negotiations in a labor arbitration context, I can recommend an instructional video we produced for this purpose: http://lser.la.psu.edu/store.shtml.
Labor Arbitration--The Suspension of Nurse Kevin is an instructional film produced by the School of Labor and Employment Relations at Penn State University, in conjunction with the National Academy of Arbitrators. Arbitration is a critical part of the American employment relations system. Instructors know that the best way to give students an appreciation for the nuances and subtleties of the arbitration process is for them to observe a hearing. Since most students do not have the opportunity to attend a hearing, a reenactment can be a valuable teaching tool.
Most of the arbitration films available today are dated. Depictions of hearings set in the 1970s and 1980s are not helpful in conveying the message that arbitration can play an important role in the modern American workplace. Using a case written and enacted by actual union and management practitioners and an experienced arbitrator, the film replicates, to the greatest degree possible, the experience of observing an arbitration hearing. Shot in a documentary style, the film enacts an arbitration hearing involving the suspension of an employee for insubordination.

In Monty Python's "Life of Brian" there is a very funny and effective scene for teaching cross-cultural differences in negotiations.
It is the "haggle in the market scene" for those who have seen the film....... and a link to it appears below.

Hi Sara ,
A classic scene I use is the following from Mr. Deeds .

When I taught my OB class last semester, I also showed a nice video of an
interview with Linda Babcock (about her work on how women are less likely to
negotiate), but the link is broken and I couldn't find it again. However ,
here's another video of her (which I haven't watched yet ).

I'd love to hear what other responses you get !
Be well ,

Hello
I am teaching negotiations and I was wondering if you can recommend some
good clips or movies (TED Talk, ...) to show in class to demonstrate
different topics in negotiation (mediation, dispute resolution, anchoring ,
cross cultural ,...)
Cheers
Sara
