    POSITION: HEAD of SCHOOL of MANAGEMENT, GLOCAL UNIVERSITY, UP, INDIA

    GLocal University is a private university set up last year by an industrialist in a picturesque part of Uttar Pradesh, away from the hustle bustle of city life, surrounded by the Shivalik hills. The university has several schools including Technology, Management, Law, Media, EDucation, Humanities and Life Sciences. This is a philanthropic university, with the twin aim of achieving excellence in education, while also developing the surrounding regions which are underdeveloped in relation to countrywide economic and social development indicators.
    The university has 50 faculty in various departments, and more hiring is going on. We are looking for a dynamic Head of management school, who can drive teaching and research of the faculty, and help build up industry connections for student internships/placements in close collaboration with the Director, Corporate Affairs.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS
    • Young, dynamic academician with PhD in Management and more than 10 years of experience
    • Either studied or taught at tier 1 Business school in India or Abroad
    • Excellent people management skills for managing a School with close to 20 faculty.
    • Prior experience in the corporate world will be a big advantage
    • Strong inter-personnel and networking skills to collaborate with other business schools  and represent Glocal University at national and international platforms.
    • Strategic thinker and hands on executor. Prior experience in setting up a premier institution is highly desirable
