ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR

The Assistant/Associate Professor will teach undergraduates and graduate
classes, develop program of research, scholarship and grantsmanship
consistent with mission of the School and a Research-Very High institution.
Required Qualifications: PhD in human resource education, workforce
development, evaluation and assessment, adult education, human resource
development (HRD)/training & development, industrial/organizational
psychology or discipline related area with identifiable focus in evaluation
and assessment of workforce development programs; an additional three years
of teaching experience at the Assistant Professor level required for the
Associate Professor rank.
Salary and rank are commensurate with qualifications and experience. An
offer of employment is contingent on a satisfactory pre-employment
