We are currently conducting a meta-analysis in which we examined the effects of HR practices at the individual level.
Studies that are relevant would include HR practices (e.g., training, information sharing) measured at the individual level, as well as employee outcomes (e.g., attitudes, performance, well-being). We would greatly appreciate it if you could send us any related articles, work-in-progress papers, manuscripts, conference presentations, and dissertations. Please include a correlation table, methods, and sample size.
