Continuing, Non-Tenure Track Faculty Position in Management

The Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics invites applications for a full-time continuing non-tenure track Assistant Professor position in Management beginning September 2014. Candidates must hold a PhD in management, organizational behavior, or a related discipline. The candidate should be able to teach graduate and undergraduate courses in management and organizational behavior as well as undergraduate strategic management. Qualified individuals will have demonstrated teaching excellence and be interested in establishing a long-term teaching career at the University of Delaware, making significant contributions to our instructional programs while striving to remain at the cutting edge of innovative education. We are seeking an individual who will dare to be first and will be the pedagogical thought leader of her/his discipline.
Candidates are further expected to contribute to the research environment, generate scholarly publications, and maintain academic qualification under AACSB accreditation standards.
