| Arison School of Business 2nd ANNUAL SUMMER EVENTS on Managerial Agility & Innovation MANAGERIAL AGILITY & INNOVATION Change has always been a central element in management, yet there is growing evidence that recently changes are both more frequent and more fundamental. Managers and businesses operate in a turbulent, unstable and uncertain environment that may call for flexible and innovative managing along with consequences for the strategic planning of business, the structure of organizations, style of management and the emotional and cognitive state of managers and workers. Recognizing the importance of this timely issue, Arison School of Business is leading the research and education of "Managerial Agility and Innovation" and has an international center that brings together scholars and practitioners to address important questions related to this topic. One of the activities of this center is organizing several unique events every summer to study and discuss these questions. The second meeting of these events will take place this summer. THE 2nd ANNUAL The 2nd annual events include a conference, a workshop and a Ph.D. school. These events bring together one of the most important topics in management today in management - managerial agility and innovation – and a rare list of researchers and experts from around the world, coming from leading universities such as: EPFL, INSEAD, Northwestern, NYU, University of Utah, VU University, University of Michigan etc. Furthermore, the activities will include presentation of case studies by companies (such as 888).
