Hi Webster, I typically assign my HR students to choose a business that they can have access to, they have to do an environmental analysis (internal an external) and identify a number of challenges (up to five) that can be solved via HR practices. Then they have to offer changes in HR related practices (Recruitment and selection, Training and Development, Rewards and Compensation) to solve/face the challenges identifies.
