The Department of Organization and Human Resources invites applications for Assistant, Associate or Full Professor to teach and research in organization theory, sociology, organizational behavior, and human resources management, or a closely-related field. Candidates must be able to demonstrate competency and commitment to do both quality teaching and research. Salary is competitive in China and abroad and it will depend on your qualifications, experience as well as research and teaching record. We prefer the candidates with Ph.D. degree who works or studies at a world-class research university and have potential to publish papers in top international journals in the future three years.
