    I'm teaching an MBA class in Strategic Leadership for the first time this semester. Does anyone have any syllabi and/or materials they could share with me?

    I use a simulation through Glo-bus. It is very effective and complete. It's based on strategic decision-making it is team based and each team runs a company over the course of a semester. Each team competes against the others. You can find more information at www.glo-bus.com.
