The United Arab Emirates University (UAEU), is seeking to hire one Assistant/Associate professor in in Human Resource Management, to begin September 2014 with the College of Business & Economics (CBE), Department of Business Administration. To be considered for this position, applicants must have an earned PhD degree in human resource management. Experience in teaching undergraduate/graduate courses in human resource management, and related fields, preferably from an AACSB-accredited university. Research experience in the area of HRM and related fields. Relevant organizational experience and familiarity with the local/regional HRM environment is plus. Candidates are expected to have a strong commitment to teaching excellence and student advising at the undergraduate, graduate and doctorate levels, a demonstrable research capability that will enable the candidate to develop and sustain an internally and/or externally funded research program in his/her area of expertise, publish his/her research findings in refereed journals, and actively engage in promoting the growth of Business Administration program and College of Business & Economics (CBE) at UAE University. The CBE has been accredited by AACSB since 2000.
