We are seeking unpublished empirical studies for our meta-analysis about the effect of moderators on the relationship between organizational justice and its outcomes. Specifically, we are looking for papers that report on the relationship between distributive and/or procedural justice and various attitudinal and/or behavioral outcomes such as job performance, organizational commitment and turnover intentions.
