The College of Business at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs is growing in size and stature, and thus offers exciting opportunities for faculty contributions and career advancement. We are currently seeking to fill a tenure-track position in management, with an emphasis in organizational behavior, beginning in August of 2014. Ideal candidates would possess expertise in some combination of organizational management, managerial skills, leadership, business ethics, and the role of business in society. The position will require teaching courses in two of these areas within the domain of organizational behavior. Candidates must demonstrate the potential to effectively develop and teach undergraduate and MBA courses, in both on-campus and online delivery formats.
This tenure-track position in organizational behavior requires productive research in addition to teaching. Therefore, candidates should demonstrate that they can publish managerially relevant research in high-quality peer-reviewed academic journals. Skills for managing and analyzing large data sets are a plus. Candidates should also be committed to further enhancing our collegial environment, to include service to the college, university, community, and profession. The College of Business provides generous funding for professional travel and professional development. Candidates are invited to view the college website at: http://www.uccs.edu/~business.

Preference will be given to applicants with an earned doctorate from an AACSB accredited college of business, although applicants with an earned Ph.D. in another discipline closely related to organizational behavior will be considered. ABD applicants must have completed all doctoral qualifying exams and course requirements, and they must persuasively demonstrate that all degree requirements will be completed within one year of hiring.
