Dear all,
I'm working with a fairly large public sector organization seeking to make a difference in their day-to-day (most often routine) work by attending to positive work culture development. This organization sees this initiative as a springboard for engagement across in the organization. In the past, this organization used culture surveys for culture development needs assessment. This approach produced good data, but the follow-through was not as effective as it could have been.
I'm looking for articles or case studies that demonstrate effective culture development efforts in the public sector. Additionally, advice from others who have experience in this realm would also be appreciated.
