    Dear Colleagues:

I am currently completing a meta-analysis on the antecedents and outcomes of goal commitment for my doctoral dissertation. The complete list of relationships that is being examined is quite lengthy, but includes variables in the following categories: (a) individual characteristics (e.g., personality, self-evaluations, etc.), (b) target characteristics (e.g., goal level, goal condition, goal specificity, etc.), (c) interpersonal factors (e.g.., cohesion, social support, etc.), (d) societal factors (e.g., individualism, collectivism, etc.), (e) cognitive and affective processes (e.g., positive affect, job satisfaction, expectancy, etc.), and (f) outcomes (e.g., effort, persistence, performance, etc.).

The search for published data has been completed and I am now searching for unpublished studies to include. I would greatly appreciate your help in locating unpublished data (e.g., student projects, conference presentations, dissertations, unpublished manuscripts) or in-press papers.

If you have any unpublished work or in-press papers examining relationships with goal commitment, would you consider sharing it? Please forward the papers or necessary statistics (sample size, sample characteristics, correlations, reliability estimates, and the measure of goal commitment used to me at smiloslavic2009@my.fit.edu. If you have a full correlation matrix, that data would be greatly appreciated. All work will be cited appropriately and will not be distributed.

Please forward this email to colleagues if you believe that they will have data that fit these criteria. Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Please contact me with any questions at smiloslavic2009@my.fit.edu.

    Best regards,

    Stephanie
