    Colleagues,

    I will be lecturing in English a management course on professional communication. The students are undergraduates and English is their second language. 

    I am fishing for suggestions, i.e.: 

    • real case situations that the students could react to by writing memos
    • films picturing misunderstanding
    • presentations that they may have to build on a case
    • etc.

    Guidance will be much appreciated.
