The Belk College of Business at the University of North Carolina Charlotte invites applications
for a full----time tenure track position at the advanced assistant professor level in the area of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. The primary teaching areas will be Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at both the undergraduate and graduate level, including MBA, doctoral, and executive programs. Ability and willingness to teach entrepreneurship as a secondary teaching area is preferred. The teaching load may include face-to-face, hybrid and/or online deliveries.
A Ph.D. in management from an AACSB accredited school is required. A strong commitment to excellence in high----quality, innovative research and teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels is expected. Teaching load and salary are competitive. The proposed start date is August
