My coauthors and I are conducting a meta-analysis on leadership and identification. We aim to examine the association of leadership behavior (e.g. transformational leadership) with identifications with different foci, i.e. organizational identification, team identification, and/or leader identification.
Now we are seeking other unpublished papers that cover the relationship either between leadership and identification or identifications with different foci.
If you have any conference presentations, dissertations, unpublished/in press papers or unpublished data, we would be grateful if you share them with us. It would be much appreciated if you could send your work within the next 2 weeks via email to c.horstmeier@jacobs-university.de .We are particularly interested in the (zero-order) correlation tables, Crobach's alpha reliabilities and the sample characteristics. Your unpublished findings are valuable contributions to our meta-analysis and will be cited in our eventual paper. We will also keep you informed about the results, if you wish.
