    Dear colleagues,
I have to teach a short course on Coaching aimed to management students. The course will be just four classes long. Any guidance (recommended papers, case studies, exercises, etc.) you could give me would be much appreciated.
    Best,
    Agustin

    Greetings, Agustin.

I suggest visiting the International Coach Federation website (coachfederation.org). The following link has information about the group's free online publication, Coaching World. http://coachfederation.org/about/coachingworldlist.cfm?navItemNumber=633

    Hope this helps.

I can offer a couple of resources:

Coaching for Change by Bennett and Bush. It was just published by Routledge. I can also share some outlines with you.

The Graduate School Alliance for Executive Coaching (GSAEC) has a set of academic program standards.

    Dear Agustin,

The book Coaching for Commitment: Achieving Superior Performance from Individuals and Teams, by Cindy Coe, Amy Zehnder, Dennis C. Kinlaw provides a lot of tools you can use during your lectures.

It would be my pleasure to share other ressources on the topic.
