    Dear all

    I'm looking for a measure that taps employees' and managers' perception of unnecessary repoting paractices, filling in files, ticking of boxes etc. I'm not looking for mesures of job autonomy or perceived job control, as you can perceive high levels of both of those and still experience that too much time and energy are spent on reporting purposes and red tape.
