Steve, I like the MET [Dziobek, I, et al. (2008). Dissociation of cognitive and emotional empathy in adults with Asperger syndrome using the Multifaceted Empathy Test (MET). Journal of autism and developmental disorders, 38, 464-473] because it measures cognitive and emotional empathy in a way that is engaging in the classroom. It is picture based and Isabel will likely share the images with you for classroom use. I have used a sample in class but not done the whole test.
