The Journal of Managerial Psychology publishes articles that focus on a number of OB-related topics.
Given that the journal is still relatively new to many OB members, I've attached a list of articles published on leadership and managerial issues between 2009-2013.
These articles focus on a variety of interesting topics including:
abusive supervision
moral and ethical leadership
narcissistic leadership
leader self-talk and many of the traditional theories in the field (LMX, transformational leadership, etc.).
