The East Carolina University College of Business is pleased to invite applications for the Tom Arthur Leadership Professorship. The candidate selected for the Tom Arthur Leadership Professorship will be expected to enhance the college's national reputation through research, faculty development, and external outreach. The successful candidate will have instructional responsibilities in the Department of Management teaching courses relevant to the leadership field. Appropriate service to the university, community and profession is expected. Applicants are required to hold a PhD or DBA degree in business from an appropriately accredited college of business; have an established record of publication and evidence of the ability to develop, implement, and maintain a significant, continuous stream of research in the leadership field; evidence of above average teaching ability; and willingness to teach online. Appointment will be at either the associate or full professor level. Initial appointment to the Professorship will be for 5 years and may be renewable.
