    Dear Colleagues,
    I am teaching an undergraduate OB course to non Business majors. I am looking for short video clips and experiential exercises that I can use in my class. I would also appreciate any references to additional resources.
    Thank you.

    For media, try these:

    -Monty Python Job Interview Sketch

    -Derek Sivers's TED talk: How to Start a Movement

    For an exercise, I had my students watch some of the videos on www.thefuntheory.com and try to create their own analogs of it (and also think about how that could lead to a startup)

    A look at Tina Seelig's In Genius would provide a number of interesting ideas, as well.

    Best,

    Dear Samina;

    A blog piece I have written on my first lecture might also be of help; as the narrative text includes links to more than 10 interesting videos I have used during my first week:

    I'm attaching a list of videos I've collected over the years. A lot of emotion stuff because I do research on emotions.

    Hello Samina.

    For something a little different with my undergraduates, I am using a few of the interesting psychological games from the Kokology book series by Nagao and Saito. Several of them are useful (and fun) in assessing interpersonal skills and personal biases. I have the students answer the short scenarios individually, then pair-share, then open it up to the wider class to discuss managerial implications.

    Cheers,
